It seems that we get plenty of mail here at Site By Site Design, most from clients or potential clients who have questions about all manner of things including "Who will be working on my project?"

Recently we have had a good number of emails from third party service providers who want to sell their services and place our name on them.

Many companies have been wanting us to outsource our projects to India or other foreign countries, and while other companies may take these offers, we here at Site By Site Design believe that our customers deserve the best, and in our eyes the best work is had right here in the United States of America. We believe that U.S. companies, who buy their services in the U.S. from U.S. based providers, should have U.S. based support on U.S. based work. We believe in providing jobs for our fellow U.S. citizens rather than taking those same jobs overseas.

We looked at this from many points of view. As consumers we all want to understand who we talk to on the other end of the phone, or to be able to read the email we receive from a service provider. As creative individuals we want our work to be recognized, just as any other truly creative person would. And from a standpoint of respect and responsibility there is no way we could ever place our name on the work of another, or ship jobs overseas with the current state of the U.S. economy. It is with these things in mind that we at Site By Site Design pledge never to outsource projects to foreign companies. Likewise we have decided that any companies who we may partner with now or in the future for individual client services will be required to sign statements that they will not outsource our clients’ projects at any time.

We hope that by taking such a stance we can help not only to give our clients the best service possible, but also to help our fellow citizens in these tough economic times.
